We want you to love your Hope Junkie gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it. This policy explains when returns are accepted, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are issued.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
After 30 days, all sales are final.
Items must be returned in:
• Unworn, unwashed condition
• Free of odors, stains, and pet hair
• Original packaging (if possible)
We reserve the right to deny returns for items that do not meet these conditions.
If you receive:
• A defective item
• A damaged item
• The wrong product, size, or color
We will:
• Cover 100% of return shipping, and
• Replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund
You must contact us within the 30-day window so we can verify the issue.
If you want to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size chosen, don’t like it):
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• We will issue a refund for the product once it is returned and inspected
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us with:

Once your return is delivered and inspected:
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
We do not issue refunds to alternate cards or payment methods.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or product:
• Exchanges follow the same rules as returns
• If it’s our error or the item was defective, we cover shipping
• If it’s a personal preference exchange, you cover the return shipping
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Digital downloads
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards
